As a family we love to get involved in our community and it's events. Taking part in the Light The Night event for 2013 was a pleasure. It was a surreal experience to see the crowd lighting their white, blue
or yellow lanterns at twilight and walking as a group of people
supporting the cause, remembering loved ones and also some who were
currently dealing with a blood cancer or blood disorder.
Light The Night is a great event to raise awareness and funds towards a cure for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma and is held across Australia every spring. This event was organised by students and teachers of New Norfolk High School.
